This article is for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice, nor a valuation in an individual case. Despite careful research, we assume no liability for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. For specific questions, please consult a lawyer or tax advisor. Older content may be outdated due to changes in legislation or case law.
As we work as sole valuers, a longer illness-related absence can in principle lead to delays. For time-critical assignments, we therefore plan realistic buffer times from the outset.
An appraisal report that has already been started but not yet completed can, if necessary, be taken over and continued by another qualified valuer in such a case.
Please feel free to ask us about our representation arrangements when placing an order, especially for time-critical matters such as an ongoing objection period.
We communicate the current processing status transparently, so that you can identify at an early stage whether additional buffer time needs to be planned.
