Get in touch by phone or e-mail. Briefly describe the valuation occasion, property type, and your requirements — e.g. bank-grade, IFRS-compliant, or tax documentation. We provide an initial assessment of the appraisal report format and feasibility.

After you send the relevant documents (land register extract, lease agreement, site plan, building description), you receive a binding fixed-price offer with a clear timeline. No commission without a written offer.

Property inspection

Personal inspection by Tobias Streckel with a systematic assessment of all value-relevant characteristics — condition, location, usability, and market environment. Coordination with the owner, property manager, or tenant is handled discreetly on request.

Valuation & Appraisal Report

Application of the valuation methods relevant under the ImmoWertV, with complete documentation of all assumptions and sources. The appraisal report meets the formal requirements of financing banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Delivery & follow-up support

Delivery as a bound copy and as a PDF. If the bank, auditor, or tax office has follow-up questions, we are available to provide supplementary statements.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a market value appraisal take?+

The standard delivery time is 10 to 20 business days from the property inspection and receipt of all complete documents. If you are under time pressure — for example, an upcoming notary appointment or a financing deadline — please contact us directly. Expedited processing is possible by arrangement.

Will the appraisal report be accepted by my financing bank?+

Our market value appraisal reports meet the formal requirements of the ImmoWertV and are accepted by all major German credit institutions as an external valuation. If your bank has specific requirements (e.g. a mortgage lending value report pursuant to the PfandBG), we prepare the appropriate format upon request.

Do you also value commercial properties and portfolios?+

Yes. We value residential and commercial properties of all types — office buildings, retail properties, logistics properties, mixed-use properties, and residential portfolios. For portfolios with multiple properties, we prepare an individual offer with a volume discount.

Can I also use an appraisal report for tax purposes?+

Yes. Our appraisal reports can be submitted to the tax office pursuant to § 198 BewG as proof of a lower value and are recognized by tax authorities. For gifts, inheritances, or corporate restructurings, we tailor the appraisal report to the relevant tax requirements.

What does an appraisal report for a commercial property cost?+

The fixed price for a standard market value appraisal starts at EUR 1,500 net (based on the fee schedule). For commercial properties with a complex income situation, special uses, or portfolios, the price is calculated individually — following a free initial review of the documents. We always provide you with a binding fixed price before commissioning.
