As a certified real estate valuer, I combine in-depth market knowledge with methodological precision. My appraisal reports are prepared in accordance with the recognised valuation methods of the German Real Estate Valuation Ordinance (ImmoWertV) and are suitable for court proceedings for both private and institutional purposes.

My services cover two areas: In the area of appraisal reports, I prepare market value appraisals, rental value appraisals and condensed appraisal reports for private individuals, companies and courts. In the area of investment valuation, I support institutional clients with portfolio valuation, economic feasibility calculations and project costing.

My independence and neutrality are the most important assets in my work – I act exclusively in the interests of my clients and maintain no conflicts of interest with brokers or financial service providers.
